中国潜水救捞行业协会标志说明
一、铁锚，象征着船舶和水上建筑，寓意沉稳厚重，赋予可靠性和安全感。
二、海豚，象征着潜水员犹如海豚一般的矫健和智慧，拯救危难与服务精神，如同水中精灵，柔韧有余。
三、海豚与铁锚组成倒三角的稳固结构，传递出中国潜水打捞行业协会的专业能力与技艺水平，象征着协会的意志和理念。
四、橄榄枝，象征着和平、友好与祥和。
五、链条，象征着团结、凝聚和力量。
六、橄榄枝和铁链组成的同心圆，标志着行业整体的作用与和谐统一的形象。
七、背景为海蓝色，象征着大海宽广的胸怀。
八、标志整体寓意：以沉稳厚重的铁锚为中心，赋予安全性和可信赖的核心内涵；铁锚上方的海豚戏水，寓意潜水员的矫健与智慧，和藐视一切困难的勇气和力量；他们组合成的倒三角型的稳固结构，表现出潜水、打捞的高超技艺和水平，以及战胜一切困难的信心，在和平、友好、祥和的气氛中，整个行业团结一致、凝聚力量，同心同德，为行业的可持续发展与和谐共赢而努力奋斗。
中国潜水救捞行业协会简介
中国潜水救捞行业协会（原名中国潜水打捞行业协会）经民政部批准于2008年成立。业务指导单位为交通运输部、应急管理部、文化和旅游部等有关部委业务部门，党建工作领导机构为中央和国家机关工委。2022年12月，被民政部评为全国性AAAA级社会组织。2023年6月，经民政部批准，协会正式更名为现用名称。
中国潜水救捞行业协会是全国唯一一家从事各类潜水、打捞、救助、海洋及水下工程、船舶及设施建造、潜水打捞装备装具制造、潜水医学保障、海洋海事科研、防污染、教学、培训、保险等相关机构自愿结成行业性和非营利性社会团体。
十五年磨砺，荣光初就。协会会员单位已由起步时的114家发展至近千家，协会下设5个办事处、1个联络处、2个分会、13个专业委员会，已成为国内外富有影响力的行业社团组织。
本会的宗旨是：围绕国家发展大局，引导和规范本行业自律行为，维护本行业及会员合法权益，组织和协调行业内关系，助推和提升本行业整体管理水平和服务能力，发挥政府与企事业之间以及政府与社会之间的桥梁和纽带作用，承担应尽的社会责任和义务。
新时代、新征程，在实现第二个百年目标奋进的道路上，协会必将以更加开放自信、踔厉奋发的崭新姿态，奋楫扬帆、驰向深蓝，逐梦中华民族伟大复兴。

China Diving and Salvage Association
Under the guidance of the Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Emergency Management and Ministry of Culture and Tourism, China Diving and Salvage Association (formerly China Diving and Salvage Contractors Association) was founded in 2008 with the approval of the Ministry of Civil Affairs. In December 2022, the Association was rated as a national AAAA-level social organization by the Ministry of Civil Affairs. In June 2023, with the approval of the Ministry of Civil Affairs, the Association was officially renamed to its current name.
It is the only non-profit industrial association constituted by enterprises and institutions involved in diving, salvage, rescue, marine & underwater engineering, ship & equipment manufacturing, production of diving and salvage equipment, diving medial support, marine research, pollution prevention, teaching, training and insurance in China.
The past 15 years have witnessed a steady increase of the number of the Association’s members from 114 at the beginning to nearly 1,000 with 5 regional offices, 1 liaison office, 2 divisions and 13 specialized committees set up across the country, distinguishing itself as a leading influential industrial organization both at home and abroad.
Our mission is to guide and regulate the self-discipline of the sector, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the industry and members, organize and coordinate the relationship within the sector, promote the management level and service capacity, bridge the government with enterprises and society, and fulfill due social responsibilities and obligations. By officially renaming its name to China Diving and Salvage Association, the association is fully prepared to embark on the new journey to serve the fulfillment of the country’s second centenary goal by dedicating itself to the cause of achieving the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with reinforced openness, confidence and perseverance.
